How long does it take to get the certificate after passing a Microsoft exam?

I have passed the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) this morning. It's been more 4 hours, and I still haven't received my certificate yet. I have two other certifications which didn't take this long to appear. The certifications tab under credentials is empty and I haven't got any email. What's going on??

    it may take 24-36 hours for the certificate to become available.

    Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
