May I have some assistance in regards to the checking process on Pearson Vue

Hello, I would greatly appreciate advise from anyone on this matter. I've schedule my exam for

11:30 am EST, I've attempted to check in since 11:00 am EST to which i had to cancel the exam.

I receive the following error:

Why can't I begin my exam check-in process?

For one of the following reasons, it is not time to begin your exam:

  • You may be too early, check-in starts 30 minutes prior to your exam appointment time. Try again at your check-in time.
  • Or, you missed your appointment time, contact customer service to reschedule your exam.
  • It's possible this exam has already been completed - if you would like to try it again, please sign up for a new appointment.

Customer support advise me to try a different laptop and browser , but these steps have been unsuccessful. Please can anyone offer their advise on this matter. This is my 4th time attempting.
