How can I reset the ALL services configurations for a previously owned domain?

At my company, we acquired a domain that was previously used by another organization.

I was able to access the associated email account, reset the password, and log in to Microsoft Entra and other Microsoft services. I noticed that all the users and previously configured services from the old organization are still present.

I'm wondering if there's a way to reset all configurations and services to their default state. If not, we'll need to clean everything up manually.
