I have been using GPT-4.1 through AI Foundry, and everything was working fine until today. However, I am now encountering the following error:

Error code: 500 - {'error': {'message': 'An error occurred while processing your request. You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at [email protected] if the error persists. Please include the request ID 0eba2e71-2aa5-4df7-a8e1-0083a3f7304a in your message.', 'type': 'server_error', 'param': None, 'code': 'server_error'}}"""

Thanks

    Hi Ji, Fujiao

    Sorry for the Trouble.

I see few products groups ticket tagged for East Us 2 regions. So would suggest creating deployment in other available regions mentioned here so that we can load balance traffic whenever there is a regional outage.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/concepts/models?tabs=global-standard%2Cstandard-chat-completions#gpt-41-series

Have tested without data for GPT 4.1 in Sweden Central (Global Standard) region, it works without any issue

    User's image

Please share region and deployment type of GPT 4.1 model along sample inputs to replicate the issue.

Case status at Customer on May 5th- Worked in other regions at customer with increased quota

    Thank you.
