I applied for Azure startup credits and received approval for $5000. However, I am unable to view the credits in the Azure Sponsorship Portal, even though I have activated the sponsorship and added a payment method. Both the Azure portal and the sponsorship portal use the same email address.

I have followed all the steps mentioned by AI and included them in the post. Any assistance would be appreciated.
