Unable to verify phone number when redeeming Microsoft 365 Business from Startups found hub

Hi,

I was able to redeem the Microsoft Office 365 Premium benefit from my Microsoft Startup Founders hub, so the clock is ticking for this benefit.

However, when I went on to the redemption page, I was asked a few questions to sign up and all, but when it asked for phone number verification (SMS or call), it persistently showed "Oops! We're having trouble verifying your phone number. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue." I tried another number but to no avail. The troubleshooting steps didn't help either. I'm from Malaysia and my number is a Malaysian number.
