I tried to reproduce the issue on my end and noticed that the error seems to be related to the model version being used. Switching the GPT-4o model version to "2024-08-06 (Default)" in your deployment settings may help resolve the issue. It’s possible the current version you’re using is either not fully available in the East US region or experiencing temporary instability. Please try updating to this version and retry.
