Seeing some intermittent deployment not found errors in Azure AI Foundry ( gpt-4o)

For the past hour or so I have been seeing intermittent errors on ChatCompletions with the OpenAI gpt-4o model in Azure AI Foundry

Location : East US

"The API deployment for this resource does not exist. If you created the deployment within the last 5 minutes, please wait a moment and try again."

it is intermittent. Is something going on ?

    Hi @Siry, Gaetan,

    I tried to reproduce the issue on my end and noticed that the error seems to be related to the model version being used. Switching the GPT-4o model version to "2024-08-06 (Default)" in your deployment settings may help resolve the issue. It’s possible the current version you’re using is either not fully available in the East US region or experiencing temporary instability. Please try updating to this version and retry.
