We are trying to test out the process of custom avatars. It will not let us upload our longer videos. We see the following error "Failed to upload data. Please check your data format and try to upload again." we get the same error when we try to upload or read from a storage account.
I tried to file a support ticket but (but didn't want to waste my 2 premium incident tickets) so i'm stuck here publicly posting something that should be going to MS directly. MS I should not have to waste my premium tickets on your issues.

Solving my own issues here. I had to inspect some network logs but finally found the issue My resolution is >720p and FPS looks good but the FPS is 24 and the documentation says it has to be 25. Once I used handbreak to get the FPS to 25 it accepted the file.
