Hello, I have an RTX 3050TI Laptop GPU. Unfortunately, I cannot play some games, for example, while playing a game, I get a fatal error when I quit the game and then when I shut down or restart my computer, I even get a blue screen named “VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR” after a few delays. I scanned it on WinDbg and it shows the " nvlddmkm.sys" problem. If I format my computer or uninstall the GPU Driver via DDU, it still doesn’t work. When I entered the Control Panel before the blue screen, I realized that it did not show the 3D image with the NVIDIA logo there. I guess it is like blowing a fuse to prevent any damage to itself. Is there any solution to this? On the plus side, I don’t get any errors from CAD programs like AutoCAD & Solidworks.

Let me explain it this way, I usually play games between the 2000s and 2010s, but most of them happen as you say. For example, let's not advertise, Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2007) and 2 (2009), Crysis (2007), Farcry (2004) and even Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2017) if I remember, but Quake 3, Half life, Call of Duty 1 and 2 never crashed, I think they use OpenGL rendering. I limited the FPS to 60 but it doesn't work, I mean it causes problems in games with DirectX rendering, but how does AUtoCAD not crash because it is used on DirectX 12. I wonder if the laptop is from Dual GPU, I will try transferring the image completely to NVIDIA. Regarding drivers, INTEL and NVIDIA update the drivers on their official sites. I even tried NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready and Studio drivers. Studio doesn't crash as much as Game Ready, but it still crashes in the future.

Please note that might need to enable some of non-Microsoft services for the game to load and see if the problem persists?
