Community support vs Developer support subscription

I am subscribed to Azure developer support and have gotten some excellent responses. But I accidentally closed my browser view of that activity and can't find my way back to it. If I go to https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview it confirms I am subscribed with a green checkmark for Developer, but asking it to show my recent support requests it presents an empty list and says there are "no recent support requests," which is wrong because I received a response already today to one request. I'm confused.
