Azure Communication Service - unable to validate SPF record - Valimail

Hello, we have the same issue as the below link:

We use a service called Valimail for our many SPF records which utilises macros (variables) which it seems the Azure Communication Service is unable to read. We have been able to validate both our domain (TXT record not in Valimail), and also the two DKIM records (held in Valimail), so it's just this SPF record that needs to be read to complete the validation process so we can begin to use the service.

Please can a Microsoft employee on the team bypass or otherwise allow us to verify our SPF record in another way please. The below link suggests that you do have a way to do this on the back end.
