Microsoft Learn: Kernel not connected and kernel error

I am studying this training module on Microsoft Learn, and it keeps showing 'Kernel not connected". If i run the instance, it will show:

"learn-notebooks-3cc49908-8780-430b-9e86-58eb0c2cbe34

Compute connected and kernel error"

I believe there is something wrong with the sandboxie system. Please help.
