Experiencing issues while attempting to deploy a knowledge base and create a bot using Azure AI Language service. The screen becomes unresponsive at the final stage of the process after multiple attempts, including refreshing the browser. No error messages or logs are displayed. What could be the cause of this problem?

Check your Azure subscription quotas to confirm that you haven’t exceeded any limits preventing new deployments.
