    Hi Jordan Slawecki,

The message "It looks like your system administrator hasn't set up any resources for you" on Windows365.microsoft.com typically means your user account hasn't been assigned a Cloud PC or a supported resource from Windows 365.

By creating a VM in Azure does not automatically publish it to Windows 365. Azure VMs are not Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
These are two different services. Windows 365 uses Cloud PCs, which are provisioned via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) or Microsoft 365 Admin Center, not manually created VMs in Azure. If you're using Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Windows 365 Enterprise, you need to set things up differently.

Provision a Cloud PC with Windows 365 Enterprise: To have a Cloud PC appear in the Windows 365 portal, first Verify Licensing Requirements, setup Microsoft Intune, then create a Provisioning policy.
Please refer to the Windows 365 requirements, Create provisioning policies for Windows 365 for detailed information.

Publish an Azure VM via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): If you're working with an existing Azure VM and wish to provide remote desktop access, consider using Azure Virtual Desktop:
Set Up Azure Virtual Desktop: Follow the Deploy Azure Virtual Desktop guide for detailed information. Register Existing VMs as Session Hosts. Detailed instructions are in the Add session hosts to a host pool document. Users can access the published desktop or applications via Azure Virtual Desktop web client
