Performance issue with Document Intelligence

The APIs were working fine till 9:30 AM and after that all calls to models are neither timing out and the SDK keeps polling for more than 15 plus minute. Even from document intelligence UI, we see the same issue.

We tried switching the model to a new resource group and even that doesn't seem to help.

We are currently having an event in Vegas and our App has a flow to submit documents for the users.

We are also having issues with Azure Document Intelligence API Calls today. eastus. We are using a custom extraction model. Azure AI Document Intelligence 2024-11-30

We are on eastus region - Even the prebuilt models on the studio is taking minutes for sample files that used to be taking seconds.

We have 4 models and all of them are custom models built on top of invoice model.

@Vimal Umapathi @Philip Traugott Hello everyone, product team just released a fix for the latency issue, I just tested on my end - EastUS with 3.1GA API version, everything works fine to me, please have a try and let us know how it works.

Our initial rounds of testing this morning went through fine, and we are expecting live document flows around noon EST from the event.
