Missing option in windows explorer sub menu

I use a Synology NAS to back up my entire system and certain directories, "Pictures, documents, music, videos," using Synology drive.

I have it set so the files in the aforementioned directories are moved to the NAS right after they are saved to the pc's directory.

The NAS marks the file in explorer with either a green check marks or a cloud icon, "see attached. "

Recently the icons aren't changing, and I remember recently re starting Windows explorer. The was a right click menu in explorer to resync the folder changing the icon from a green check to a cloud. However, this option is no longer there. Any solution to retrieving it. TIA
