Is there something I can do to change all this?

I have a 2022 HP PC with 4Gb RAM and it's very slow. Sometimes it can freeze for a long time and it works at it's own time. It really doesn't do well with the internet.

    while 4gb is the min memory required for support, it is not enough for multiple tasking. if you can not add memory, then you should reduce the number of background tasks. remove every app you don't use. HP computers typically come with a lot of bloatware installed. google for suggestions on which apps to remove.
