Megastat is installed and it shows in the add ins box, but it is not functional when I open excel.

Megastat is installed, and it shows in the add-ins box, but it is not functional when I open Excel. It is ticked and all in the add-ins. I also checked that it is not blocked via the Megastat file properties. Also that the macros are enabled. When I installed it, it automatically checked for updates. Now what?
