Hi Sam Wheat,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We understand the issues you're experiencing with the Azure Sandbox and how important it is to have timely access to the resources needed for your work.
Here are a few steps that may help resolve the problem:
- Sign-In Credentials
- Please ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft account credentials, ideally with an @outlook.com email address, as this is necessary for accessing the sandbox.
- Sandbox Activation
- In case this is your first experience with the Azure Sandbox, ensure it has been activated. You can achieve this by finding the "Activate Sandbox" button within your Azure learning module.
- Logging into Azure Portal
- Once you have activated the sandbox, sign in to the Azure portal with the same credentials you used to sign in to the sandbox.
- Once signed in, you'll notice a "Switch directory" link in the top right hand corner. Hit it and choose "Microsoft Learn Sandbox" to be able to use the portal and run your exercises.
If you continue to encounter access issues, please feel free to share any error details you see, and We will be glad to assist further.
