How to completely uninstall WSL after failed installation?

Hi,

I have tried to install WSL but the installation failed. I now would like to remove all partially installed parts of WSL to attempt a new, clean, installation.

Now, when trying to enter any WSL command in the Windows PowerShell, I get "The system cannot find the path specified", meaning that there are still some parts of WSL installed.
