i scanned my machine using Nessus and found Windows 10 / Windows Server 2016 September 2017 Information Disclosure Vulnerability (CVE-2017-8529) but when i tried to download KB4025339 from Microsoft Catalog showing not available.

What happens when you check for Windows Update, is this available there?
Windows Updates are cumulative meaning if you installed the latest update it contains all older updates, so this update is exist in new update.
In addition CVE-2017-8529 is update for Internet Explorer and it has been removed from the latest build of Windows 10. There is still a compatibility mode exists which if your PC is update, it already contains all updates.
I believe this is false-positive in Nessus and it is good idea to check with them.
