Sharepoint word document image quality is terrible

Hi all,

When I make a word document on SharePoint online the image quality is terrible when I or someone else reopens it, it is very blurry and almost unintelligible.

I cant find a fix for this and I need to fix it, any help with this?

    1. Disable Image Compression:
      • Word often compresses images when saving documents, which can lead to blurriness. To disable this:
      • Click on the File tab.
      • Select Options.
      • Go to Advanced.
      • Scroll down to the Image Size and Quality section.
      • Check the box for Do not compress images in file 
    2. Use High-Resolution Images:
      • Ensure that the images you are inserting are of high resolution. Screenshots and images from the snipping tool can sometimes be low quality 
    3. Save Images in a Different Format:
      • Try saving your images in a different format (e.g., PNG instead of JPEG) before inserting them into your document 
    4. Check SharePoint Settings:
      • Sometimes, SharePoint settings can affect image quality. Ensure that your SharePoint site settings are optimized for handling high-resolution images
