Have tried chatGPT ways as well could get a solution on the below result error: "Failure sending mail: One or more errors occurred"

Check your SSRS log files (in \Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\<Instance>\Reporting Services\LogFiles) for the detailed exception stack.

Verify your SMTP settings in RSReportServer.config (SMTP server, port, credentials, relay permissions).
Test sending mail from the SSRS server via PowerShell or SMTP tool to isolate whether it’s a network/auth issue or SSRS configuration problem.

Many public email systems have dropped support of basic authentication. Check that your smtp service still supports basic. Also check the ssl TLS level required.

Hi @Bruce (SqlWork.com) thank you for the response, actually could you help me out where the ssl TLS level required or not can be checked? and whether how to know smtp still supports basic?

Hi @Bruce (SqlWork.com) we were able to solve using the SMTP connection through secure app was changed from the gmail (earlier some third-party was there) which was no longer supported by the Gmail which we disabled that option, so we changed it to another secure app to trigger Auto Mail scheduler.
