Copilot on Sharepoint

I created a Copilot Agent on a Sharepoint Repository. I ask to Copilot to list all the word documents in the repository. I know there are several word documents in repository's folders.

The answer is completely wrong. Copilot lists some documents that are in the repository, but the list is far away to be complete.

    --Try More Specific Prompts: Ask Copilot something like:

    --Use Advanced Search or Query: Use SharePoint’s advanced search or directly query the document library with filters like *.docx.

    --Check Search Schema: If you’re an admin, ensure that content types and document libraries are configured to be crawled and indexed.

    --Manual Graph API Query (for Developers): If you're technically inclined or have dev resources, you can use the Microsoft Graph API to recursively list all files.
