You can verify this by signing in to the Founders Hub and checking the "Benefits" tab. If the benefit is shown as redeemed, kindly confirm the activation date and the validity period.
Please note that the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub offers a one-year subscription to Microsoft 365 Business Premium for up to 50 users, and the benefit is valid strictly for one year from the activation date. Additionally, ensure that your Founders Hub account meets all eligibility requirements for using the Microsoft 365 benefit, including the completion of any necessary verification steps outlined in the Verification Checklist within the Founders Hub.
