Disable user toggle for automatic time zone; locking it 'On'

I would like to disable the option for end user to toggle the 'set time zone automatically' switch and locking it in the 'On' position.

The closest thing I have found is this 'should' be enabled by default (grayed out). I would like to utilize Autopilot / Intune to enable this as a OOBE function for all devices I manage across the board.

I have seen a lot about using regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\tzautoupdate and changing it to option 4. However, I do not want to disable the time zone updating automatically as we perform business across the country as well as locations with daylight savings.

I have also seen creating policies in Intune. But again, not what I am looking at as,

Gives set groups permission to set time zone,

This sets a firm time zone which is not what we are looking for.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, as I would think this should be a fairly default request withing Microsoft device management role within their own software.
