Hi

I am reaching out to inform you of a critical issue that is preventing me from accessing my Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub account due to ongoing problems with my LinkedIn login. Despite following all recommended troubleshooting steps and providing proof of identity to LinkedIn, I have been unable to regain access for over two weeks.

This issue is now blocking my ability to upgrade my Azure credits. I have reached the 50% usage milestone on my initial $5,000 Azure sponsorship and urgently need to apply for an upgrade to continue my project. Without access to my LinkedIn account, I am unable to proceed, which puts my project and its potential impact across more than 20 different fields at serious risk.

I have attached screenshots to support my case and to demonstrate the steps I have taken so far. I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter or providing any possible workaround so I do not lose access to the resources necessary for my startup’s progress.

Thank you very much for your urgent attention to this matter.

Best regards, Sergi Paya L.I.F.E Founder and Director [****@gmail.com] [**@lifecoach121.com]

    Hi Sergio Paya Borrull,

If you're currently unable to access your LinkedIn account and this is preventing your upgrade within the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and the associated Azure credits, we recommend reaching out directly to LinkedIn Support to resolve the access issue. LinkedIn is an essential part of the application and verification process for the Founders Hub, and restoring access to your LinkedIn account is a key step in moving forward.

However, if you're unable to regain access despite working with LinkedIn Support, and this continues to block your Founders Hub upgrade or access to Azure sponsorship, we suggest contacting the Microsoft for Startups support team to inquire about alternative verification options. While exceptions are not guaranteed, the team may be able to guide you through additional verification steps that do not rely on LinkedIn.

Additionally, if you've already reached the 50% usage milestone on your $5,000 Azure sponsorship, this may positively reflect your engagement score. You can reference this milestone when requesting support, as it demonstrates active participation and may support your case for an upgrade.

Please go through the doc for reference, Business and Domain Verification
