How do i fix the format of Copilot Studio citations ?

I have a copilot created and Im using knowledge from my search service vector index. But the citations have multiple \r\n symbols and not structured well. How would I fix something like this? User's image

So I just connected my search service as a knowledge for my Copilot in Copilot studio and whenever I ask a question to my copilot, it responds correctly but the structure of the citations look like that.

I would like my citations to be just clean text. I'm also having problems connecting my Azure OpenAI to my copilot even though I have a connection established in power apps.

Thank you for raising your issue.

We understand that you're experiencing issues with citations having multiple \r\n symbols and not being well-structured when using knowledge from your search service vector index. We tried to reproduce this issue by adding knowledge sources as direct DOCX files and DOCX files with SharePoint, but the response from Copilot was fine.

Check the Source Formatting
Post-Processing Citations
Review Copilot Configuration
