Label Inheritance in Outlook is not working.

Hi,

We have a label Policy set up long time ago to Inherit the Highest label from the files. It was working fine, not sure till when but, now it stopped working. Are there any know issues currently going on?

Thanks for coming back.

Current issue we are facing is, when a file(ex: Word,Excel) attached to email which has Low priority Label, then the file with High priority should be labelled. This functionality was working fine and all of sudden this stopped working now. We have noticed only on Last Friday.

example: We have Priority 0 and Priority 1 labels. If the email labelled as Priority 0 and when a word file with Priority 1 is attached, the email should inherit the highest label which is Priority 1.
