udpStagingSweep Stored Procedure, commonly associated with Master Data Services (MDS) for managing staging data, is not available in SQL Server 2019.

Hi I am upgrading Master Data Services from 2012 to 2019, It appears that the udpStagingSweep stored procedure, commonly associated with Master Data Services (MDS) for managing staging data, is not available in SQL Server 2019. Over the major version upgrades, Microsoft has made quite a few changes to MDS, and certain stored procedures have either been deprecated, refactored, or replaced by newer processes. I am struggling to find this detail in MS Documentation.

My SSIS Packages workflow previously relied on udpStagingSweep to clean up or process staging data, I tried to search online and Microsoft forums could you please advise me any workaround.
