I have used this computer for years. It is not booting up and only shows the dell logo and will not go further.

Run Dell Diagnostics:
At the Dell logo, press F12 repeatedly until you see Boot Options.
Choose Diagnostics.
Dell will run a built-in hardware test
Check the HDD-make sure it is detected under "Storage" or "Boot Information".
If you have a bootable USB, try booting from that.
If it boots, but can't see the internal drive, your internal drive has failed.
