If the Blank App (UWP) option is missing in Visual Studio 2022, it is likely that the required Universal Windows Platform development workload is not installed. To resolve this, please open the Visual Studio Installer, select Modify on your installation, and add the Universal Windows Platform development workload. After completing the installation and restarting Visual Studio, the template should be available.
