Issues with Configuration Manager 2409 upgrade to 2503 - ODBC driver

Hi, I have issues with Configuration Manager 2409 upgrade to 2503 - prerequisites check keeps failing:

Despite Microsoft ODBC driver 18 for SQL being installed:

What can I do here?

    Looks like the prereq points you at a download link that isn't the right download link, but an old version.
