Microsoft Team, I am working with Visual Studio version 17.13.6 and facing the
aspnetcore-browser-refresh.js:350 WebSocket connection to 'wss://localhost:' failed:.
issue.
Also, I found the below solution from Microsoft, but unfortunately, I cannot find version 17.0.4 anywhere. Please help me with this.
