    Hello Shiori Hasegawa,

Answering to your queries as follows,

    1. M365 audit logs ( Power Apps activity logs): This can be achieved by adding the solution through Sentinel. However please refer to the below recommended solution to get the Power Apps logs into azure log analytics workspace. https://blog.powerplatformdude.be/2019/09/19/get-your-custom-logs-from-a-power-app-into-azure-log-analytics/
    2. Power Automate run history: Similar to Power Apps, the activities related to Power Automate can be tried as mentioned above.
    3. Azure Automation run history: To set up the import of these logs, you will need to configure diagnostic settings and data collection rules in Azure Monitor and Log Analytics workspace. This involves specifying the paths to the event logs and enabling the collection of relevant data. please refer to the below useful link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/automation/automation-manage-send-joblogs-log-analytics#azure-automation-diagnostic-settings
