How do I use Power automate to pull attachments from a Microsoft List Item and save them to a Document Library with the correct file format?

I have followed many tutorials to try to automate pulling attachments from a Microsoft List Item and then saving the file in a folder. I can get the automation workflow to work properly but the file it saves in the folder is unknown file type. Ideally I would like it to save it as the original file type that it was submitted in the list. I have had this work in the past but within the last year I have had issues with the file type and cant seem to find any tutorials that are current or less than 4+ years old.

Also why is this just not an automatic thing you can set up when creating a list?

Here is what I am trying to do and how my current automate is set up:

Manually trigger a flow to review a microsoft list and if the entry has a file attached, grab that file and save to a folder on the sharepoint site. Ideally I would like the file to be saved as the same file type that it was submitted as originally.
