Please assist me on below queries

I am going to implement windows hello for business in Intune. Do I need to shift any workload like device configuration or compliance policy in co-management settings before implementing Windows Hello for business in Intune?
We are also planning to migrate app, update workload to Intune. So, which activity should we plan first? 1. Windows Hello for business or 2. migration of app, update workload?
Does Windows hello have any dependency on app/update workload?

Yes, you will need to move DC over to Intune in order to manage WHfB policies using Intune.
