We are currently facing an issue where our resource has been temporarily blocked with an Error 403, indicating a potential violation of the content policy. However, we are confident that no unsafe or improper content has been generated.

The error message we received is as follows:

Fail getChatCompletion, 403 Your resource has been temporarily blocked because we detected behavior that may violate our content policy. For more details on Azure OpenAI service content policy, please visit https://aka.ms/aoaicodeofconduct, options: {"temperature":0.3,"max_completion_tokens":500,"response_format":{"type":"json_object"},"reasoning_effort":"high","deploymentId":"gpt-4.1"}

This block is affecting all models we use, including GPT-o3-mini. After carefully reviewing our recent interactions, we can confirm that no content has been generated or requested that would violate any content policies.

Unfortunately, we are unable to open a support ticket, and we would greatly appreciate any insights from the community or Azure support on how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance!

Unfortunately, we do not understand the reasoning behind this decision. We have thoroughly reviewed Azure’s content policy multiple times and carefully examined our prompts. We are confident that our use case and prompt content do not violate the stated guidelines.

Without more specific information about what triggered the model to flag our content as a violation, we are unable to take corrective action—if any is even required. Currently, our models are blocked, which makes this a high-urgency situation. We would greatly appreciate any additional details or guidance you can provide to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Our concern right now is the fact that we are still not sure why there was an issue in the first place. We were unable to identify the violation or understand the source of the block. If you can help out here and maybe shed some light on how to avoid such incidents in the future, it would be greatly appreciated.
