Microsoft 365 Copilot default apps collection

Hello guys,

I have the following problem. I'm working on apps available in Microsoft 365 copilot and I have issues with managing the apps available there. Currently, there is only one collection available - All Apps. So, when I open MS 365 Copilot App on computer, I found in Microsoft 365 Copilot the following separation when I select All apps:

Use across Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 356 apps

Business Apps

Other Apps

It is not a problem to create a new collection. My problems are:

  • how to manage who will see these sections - I couldn't find such collections
  • how to edit/deactivate All apps collection

Even when I create a test collection, the option to edit All Apps collection remains inactive.
