I have a Custom list with Required Approval = True. and we are sending Teams approval,then we update the custom list item to either Approve or Reject.. this is working when set the approval status = "Approve":-
but failed when set the approval status = "Reject", error "Bad Gateway":-
any advice?

For your issue, make sure you have enabled “Yes” in Require content approval for submitted items in Version Settings.
