Admin locked out of Azure B2C

Hello! I have a b2c instance that I've been locked out of named "pxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com". It worked fine until a couple of weeks ago when I stopped being able to log in. The admin account is correctly registered and I still have access to the MS Auth app, but when I put the code from the app into the B2C login, it doesn't accept the code. Can someone help me get back into my B2C so I don't have to recreate it? Thanks!

    Hi @Ryan BrooksThis issue appears to be a tenant lockout scenario since you are the only user/administrator on the tenant. To unblock MFA on your account, we need to collaborate with the Data Protection Team and require the following details. Since this information contains PII, please share these details via private messages.

    • Tenant ID & Tenant Name
    • User Principal Name (UPN)
    • Phone Number
    • Email ID & Preferred Time
