The way to increase the quota limit on a custom email domain is currently behind a "pay wall."

  1. Follow this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/concepts/email/email-quota-increase
  2. Try to create a support ticket...
  3. You cannot submit your ticket without a support plan.

When you choose "Quota increase" as the option for a support, you do not get the option for the azure communications service, when you follow the normal route your ticket gets marked as "technical" support which isn't free.

Anyway, I need the ability to change the mail from address on one of my custom domains from "DoNotReply" so something more customer friendly ... an address where they actually CAN reply on. How can I contact you guys?
