    Assign Full Access Permissions:

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your admin credentials.
    • Go to Users and then select Active Users.
    • Choose the user whose email account you wish to access.
    • Click on the Mail tab.
    • In the Mail Settings section, locate the option for Manage mailbox permissions.
    • Add your admin account to the Full Access permissions list.
