i am hoping that there are other in here that are still using MECM/SCCM and Intune as well. I recently saw an article about the Intune Active Directory Connector getting an upgrade to use a managed service account instead of the system account. i went to go upgrade mine when i realized i did not even have an intune AD connector configured. Yet... i am still able to automatically join my hybrid azure AD devices to intune which is one of the features of this connector in Intune.

so i was wondering how i am able to do it if i don't have that connector. I am going to guess it is because i setup Tenant Attach in MECM/SCCM? i believe that was what i setup years ago to do the job the intune ad connector described it was going to do. so that leads to the question.... should i even setup this Intune AD connector and if i do, do i need to remove the MECM/SCCM Tenant attach?
