Missing Genie - Upload File Feature in Preview Section

Despite having admin privileges for both the workspace and Genie Workspace in Azure Databricks we are unable to see the "Genie - Upload File" feature under the Preview section, even though the documentation indicates it should be available.
We also attempted switching regions, but the option still does not appear. If you see the attached Screenshot, I could able to see Genie Data Sampling but not Genie Upload File.
Could you please help us understand why this feature isn’t visible on our end?

Ensure that the "Genie - Upload File" feature is indeed available in the region and workspace you are using. Sometimes, features are rolled out gradually and might not be available in all regions immediately.
Double-check that all necessary permissions are correctly assigned. Even with admin privileges, there might be specific permissions required for preview features.

Kindly ensure that the following prerequisites are met you are using the new Preview UI (not the Classic interface), the workspace is assigned to Unity Catalog rather than just being created, all recent changes have been refreshed or reloaded, you hold the Global Administrator role in Microsoft Entra ID, and the workspace is provisioned under the Premium or Enterprise tier.Another Approach you can Upload files manually via DBFS or Workspace Files. Then access the file through your Genie Space as below:
