I am Global Admin and can not reset MFA

The bellow point is where I am stuck. I am the only Global Admin. Can you please help reset the MFA so I can register again

I get stuck on this screen and will not go further:

NOTE: A Global Admin cannot reset thier own MFA authentication methods and require another Global Admin to set "Require re-register multifactor authentication" option under Entra/Azure Admin portal > user properties > authentication methods, to allow the end user to be prompted to register the new MFA method.

  • If the only available Global Admin is locked out from doing MFA, Call Microsoft Support and take their help to reset MFA methods for the Admin.
