Hardware Inventory issue
Hello,
We have a standalone Primary site and recently upgraded to 2409. CM database resides on the different server. For past 4-5 months, we encountered the hardware inventory issue which failed to process the inventory data to the MP.
Verified bits in 4-5 machines and it gives an error below. The inventory data stuck into C:\Windows\CCM\ServiceData\LocalPayload\
Bits error:
ERROR CODE: 0x80072efe - The connection with the server was terminated abnormally ERROR CONTEXT: 0x00000005 - The error occurred while the remote file was being processed.
After being reset bits, the inventory data successfully sent to MP and verified MP.hinv.log. Success message in dataldr.log as well. Also, the last scan date is updated in SQL database either. However, the recent scan date doesn't update in SCCM console. Rebooted both SQL and SCCM server but still no luck. Can you please assist on this issue?
