My Wordpress website was down due to "Error establishing a database connection" I then went forward to "restart" my Azure Database for MySQL flexible server and this process has been going forever and I don't know what to do... this message keeps popping up:

"The server is currently in 'restarting' state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long."
