We have configured start vm on connect, but for some reason a handful of vm's are not starting and have to be manually started through Hydra. We see no errors on the logs.

    Hi Generation IX,

Please check the Event Logs on both the pool host and the affected VMs. Look for error messages or patterns that might explain why the stations are failing to start.
Also see Health Checks: Run diagnostics or health checks on the pool host and VM stations to ensure there are no underlying hardware or software issues.
Check the Updates and Patches, see that all VMs and the pool host have the latest updates and patches installed.
