Hello,
We're receiving Microsoft 365 Service Health Email Notifications to a distribution list. We would like to disable them, but cannot find the setting configured in the Service Health page.

We're thinking that they were configured by an admin account that has been deleted. Where do we go to disable these alerts?

We are still receiving the alerts despite them not configured.

You can temporarily restore the deleted admin account to check if you can disable or adjust the alerts once logged in. To restore the deleted admin, navigate to the Admin Center and go to Users > Deleted Users.
Next, verify the distribution list membership to ensure that service health notifications are not being forwarded or configured from another source. Here's how you can do this:
Check the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center: It's possible that some notifications are managed through the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center (or Security & Compliance Center if you're using an older version). You can check there to see if any alert policies are causing the email alerts.
Restore a Deleted Admin Account (Temporary): If the admin account that set up these notifications was deleted, you can try restoring it temporarily to disable the notifications.
• Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Deleted Users. • Restore the deleted admin account. • Log in using this account to review the notification settings or remove any legacy subscriptions that may still be active.
In the Service Health Settings, you can modify the e-mail addresses that will receive notifications, Under overview you can see the CUSTOMIZE > EMAIL, You will find the option to manage e-mail notifications.
